A Lesson in History... The Kaufmann House

Vietnamese-American architect Richard Neutra's iconic 1946 desert summer get-away located in Palm Springs, California is a perfect mid-century modern home. Interesting fact: the house was commissioned by Pittsburgh business magnate Edgar J. Kaufmann Sr., who had earlier commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to build the famous Falling Water home in Pennsylvania.
